- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to say I am somewhat disappointed and will be locating another provider. When I call to get test results no one EVER answers that line. If they do call me back and I am not available, no useful information is left in the voice mail. They have a habit or prescribing medications but no guidance on why or if it was meant to replace a current medication, or it is it an additional medication? I am through with the guess work and chasing people down. I am in search of a doctor who answers the phone when it rings. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. These guys may be great doctors but they are horrible communicators. There are more people trying to be doctors at this place than actual doctors. I do not think I have seen the same doctor more that once or twice in the 10+ years I have been going there. Time for a changeOctober 18, 2017by Ben Durden
