- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm new to the area. I've been filling my prescriptions at the Publix pharmacy in Hamilton Mill once a month for years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I've been to this location twice now and both times the customer service was horrible. I had trouble refilling all 5 of my prescriptions BOTH times I went. The first time I went for a refill I had a basket with one item and the tech just looked at it and then at me without offering to ring my ONE ITEM up. The same thing happened the next time.
